How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, it must be processed and shipped. Processing times and shipping times are separate and both add up to the total time taken for you to receive your order.

THESE NUMBERS ARE JUST AN ESTIMATE.

We cannot guarantee that your order will be ready within this time frame, they may be shipped sooner but may also take longer.

Processing

Items not including nail sets are processed within 2-5 business days.

All of our nail sets are handmade to order and are worked on in the order they are received. Creation time is approximately 5-15 business days.

*This estimate is for creation time/when we ship your order after it’s been made, not delivery time. How fast you receive your order once we have shipped it out depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout..

Please note that if you order a made to order item along with a ready to ship item, your order will not be shipped right away. If you would like to receive your ready to ship items sooner, please add a note at checkout.

Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?

We will happily accept order cancellations within 12 HOURS of placing the order. After the 12 hours, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you agree to wait the time it takes to create your order.  

Due to the nature of our handmade products we do not accept returns or make any exchanges (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state.  If so, email love@idyllean.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product).

Please read all information listed under the item description before ordering. Please note our creation time and ensure you size your nails correctly as we are not responsible if the wrong size is ordered.

How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to our sizing chart or purchase a sizing kit to ensure your nails are a perfect fit.

How long will my nails last?

Nail glue:

When applied with nail glue, your nails can stay on for up to two weeks. Wear time will vary depending on application method and how you wear your nails.

Nail stickers:

When applied with adhesive tabs, your nails can last up to two days. This method is great for a night out with your nails right back to normal for school or work the next day. 

Can I reuse my nails?

If removed carefully, your nails can be reused. However, like salon nails, our nails can be damaged from general wear and tear or during the removal process.

If you applied your nails using nail stickers, you can easily remove the tab once you have removed the nails and use new stickers to wear your nails one more time.

If you applied your nails using nail glue, reusing them is dependent on how you remove your nails. If you are able to remove your nails without damaging them, you may reuse them by filing off the excess glue on the underside of the nail and reapplying as desired.

What if the nails I purchased don’t fit?

Due to the handmade nature of our products we are not held responsible if the incorrect size is ordered. Our sizing kits and size charts are available to ensure a perfect fit.

If the size is incorrect on only one or two nails you can purchase the correct size via our replacement nail options.
